Major responsibilities 

主要工作职责

1) Work as a coordinator with Marketing / Sales / E-commerce / Training departments for business related issues

与跨部门之间进行业务上的顺畅沟通

2) Paper translation & interpretation for GM 

为GM提供书面翻译及会议口译

3) Assist Brand DGM for brand support including marketing activities, data analysis, etc

协助DGM提供品牌支持，市场活动，数据分析等

4) Collect information about industry, competitors

搜集行业及竞品的相关信息

Qualifications:

任职资格

1. 1 or 2 years working experiences in being an Admin Specialist, EA or Personal Assistant

1到2年的行政助理经验

2. Fluent in English 

英文读写熟练

3. mature, and good team player

为人成熟稳重，喜欢团队合作

4. Ability to learn

学习能力强

5. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office application

熟练掌握Microsoft Office

6. Experience or Interest in Marketing or beauty related products in preferred 

有市场、助理相关工作经验者优先
