University degree in Science, e.g. biology or chemistry related field or Business
· MBA, Legal degree or Masters in Business: Preferred
· 6-8+ years experience in winning/developing new business (acquiring new clients) in pharma and biologics sector in China market.
· Familiar with mammalian development and manufacturing services
· Experience outside of China market (US, Europe or APAC) desired but not essential
· Mandarin language skills essential, English desired.
· Experience of working with and developing diverse and widespread teams I a large multi-cultural organization. · Strong technical and commercial international background with more than 15 years’ business experience in the bio/pharmaceutical supply industry.
· Solid Pharma Industry knowledge, especially understanding of the pharmaceutical drug approval process, the supply chain and related manufacturing requirements
· Demonstrated capability in business, law, and financial principles that relate to service and supply agreements and integrated business models language, such as business, intellectual property, and tax.
· Negotiated and signed long-term, high value complex contracts
· Built significant contact network within Pharmaceutical industry and peripheral
· Lead and Operated in matrix organization
· Experienced with creating unique and differentiating business models and solutions
· Worked in close coordination with Legal, Finance , Marketing
· B2B experience in a pharma setting desirable
· CMO/CDMO experience highly desirable
· Licensing experience is a plus
