职位描述
Key Accountabilities:
1. To provide a liaison role between the regional IT team and the local technology /admin personnel, and work closely with the country IT team to ensure flawless IT services in the site and satellite offices.
2. To conduct daily IT systems support, operation, troubleshooting, and handle user helpdesk support mainly on satellite offices and partly on the site.
3. To provide basic sales and business support regarding IT systems and other IT issues, including EDI project, Exp.o, data integrity with customs, clients and other institutions per business request.
4. To assist on systems upgrade or systems rolling out to local branch.
5. To administrate the network setup on the site and satellite offices.
6. To ensure stable and reliable network connections between EI branches and satellite offices.
7. To be available after hours for some urgent IS issues like Dayend problem, networking problems, office power outage.
8. To deliver necessary IS training to end users in regard to Expeditors systems: Dayend, Lotus Notes, MS Office, Hylafax and etc.
9. To liaise with different third party vendors (PC software/hardware vendor, PABX vendor, local Telecom department etc.) for service delivery at a consistent way in the site.
10. To take up additional tasks as required by the IS department's needs.
Minimum Education &Experience:
University graduate with a degree in computer science or related. At least 3 years working experience in computer system support, familiar with PC, Microsoft Windows, Lotus Notes, Sun Unix. Good communication skills in English, working background in logistics industry is preferred.
