Care Service TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Context:

Reporting
to our Quality and Staff sales Manager, you are physically based in a Louis
Vuitton Care Service Center; your main mission is to support the watch after
sales service on a daily basis. You will be also in charge of reporting the
bugs or suggested improvements in order to help the development team to improve
the product. And also need assistance on the software part of the product
(implementation, pairing, use etc..).

 Main
Missions:

- Support stores/care
service in their mission of helping Louis Vuitton connected device customers,
giving them reliable answers and solutions.

- Be in
touch with the different partners of the project to get answers or actions if
needed.

- Update
existing documentation.

- Report
all the bugs and suggested improvement in a ticketing tool.

Profile: 

- Languages:
as define by the care service + fluent in English

- Technical
background: good knowledge of Android Wear, Android and iOS, ideally have an
experience on Android and iOS  

- Being
interested by the new technologies and be used of solving problems by yourself
or thanks to online articles, FAQ.

- Be
Patient, pedagogue and reactive.

Education

BS/BA preferred or equivalent industry experience/certifications
