职位描述
1、负责员工的招聘、入职、离职等手续，建立人事档案。
2、负责员工招退工、社保公积金转入转出，年度社保基数申报、调整、年检等工作，及时掌握国家相关法律法规政策。
3、 统计各项考核、计算薪资、个税等。
4、处理日常行政事务，与税务、工商、银行、政府各行政部门的接口，以及衍生业务的对接；管理行政资产。
5、安排公司会议、组织团建、年会等活动。
6、负责企业资产配置(办公设备、办公用品)的采购、管理工作。
7 、给予北京、南昌等基地行政事务协助，配合运营中心完成其他相关工作。
8、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、 文秘、行政管理、人力资源相关专业大专以上学历。
2、2-3年的相关工作经验者优先考虑。
3、熟练使用各种办公自动化设备和office办公软件。
4、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚。
