Area of Responsibilities:

Production Preparation
-Make production preparation for new products according to design requirement
-Design the assembly process
-Design the layout and fixture needed
-Select testing instrumen
-Calculate the working hour per the engineering process and provide the BMC data
-Design the optical assembly line SOP
-Process audit and improvement feedback to production line

Independently Solving Problem
- Use effective analysis tools to solve the technical and quality problem occurred in internal process or customers sides to ensure the OTD
- Through the verification to find the rootcauses and take effective measures to avoid repeated quality issues

Improvement involvement
-Pursuit of perfection and high standard to promote process improvement and innovation action
-Participate DBS workshops to learn various DBS tools
-Apply the tools in daily work to improve continously the engineering
process/ quality with various DBS tools to achieve better customer satisfaction

Operator Training
-Prepare training material and deliver the training to operators concerning assembly process

Education/Experience:
-Bachelor degree holder majoring in optics
-At least 3 years working experience as Optical Engineer

Specific Knowledge & Skills:

-Familiar with the general operation of manufacturing plant
-Familiar with instrument final assembly process
-General quality analysis tools such as SDC, 8D report, ect.
-Good communication skill with operator level and dept head
-Workable written and better English
