职位描述
岗位职责：
- 设备预防性维护过程中，需按照维护保养记录表中的内容，逐项实施。发现其它异常现象，若不明白处理方式需及时报告直属上司或上级主管；
- 及时清理维护保养过程中及维护后的现场环境；
- 设备开机前，需做好检查试机工作。发现故障隐患，及时排除；
- 认真仔细地做好保鲜外包装设备的巡查和记录；
- 负责保鲜外包装，蒸汽、压缩空气、纯水、自来水、冰水、空调系统的日常巡检。
- 重复出现的保鲜外包装设备故障，要有改善方案，并持续跟进；
- 具有处理保鲜外包装设备突发性故障的能力；
- 做完保养及维修后，需对可能引起产品品质异常的点做逐一排查，确认所生产的产品品质正常。
- 负责完成自己责任区域范围内所有的5S工作。
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格
- 高中及以上学历；
- 2年以上快速消费品在线设备维护工作经验；
- 持有电工上岗证；
- 责任心强，能适应倒班（做四休二）；
- 掌握基础Office办公软件
