1)     Drive sales and operations planning process

-       Well understand the business target, sales trends, business planning with the division

-       Co-operate with division on demand infrastructure optimization by SKU level, and work out the down-to-earth rolling sales forecast.

-       Integration demand planning with net demand, platform stock and in-hospital sales.

-       NPI launch management

-       Timely alert and backup plan due to stock / supply issues.

-       Drive continuous improvement on sales forecast accuracy, back order frequency.

2)     Develop the optimized supply plan.

-       Maintain and fine-tune the parameters (lead time, SS etc) at system for timely replenishment order / plan to vendor

-       Timely supply plan / order adjustment due to sales forecast fluctuates.

-       Follow up the PO status in terms of production, delivery, availability for sales.

-       Actively contribute for best set-up of license review and activity.

3)     Drive continuous optimization on inventory management

-       Keep the stock coverage  (GOH in days) aligned with company guildeline

-       Follow up with BU on depletion plan on near expiry, slow moving, abnormal stock

-       Proper management on stock with short shelf life.

4)     Cross functional work

-       Co-operate division on the demand / fluctuates validation, supply issues, depletion plan on abnormal stock.

-       Work with customer service, logistics, warehousing closely for availability to delivery.

Assist with finance on any TP, GR  issues.

学历及技能要求：

1) Bachelor Degree or above

2) Minimum 2 years practical experience in running demand/ supplying /inventory planning process

3) Highly numerate with knowledge of supply chain management systems, ideally SAP
