职位描述
1、负责编制本部门的年、月度维修及保养计划，并组织实施；
2、负责项目所有公共设施、设备的日常管理，发现问题及时处理、上报，确保共用部位完好，满足使用条件；
3、负责条线员工年、月培训计划的制定及组织实施；
4、负责日常报修处理的监督检查，同时做好有偿服务、维修项目的月度统计分析；
5、负责做好各种应急预案、迅速处理突发事件；
6、负责项目公共区域能源消耗的管理，每年制定节能计划，每月进行能源消耗分析工作；
7、负责项目维修养护工作中物料的管理，保证设备工具、物料的有效使用，避免浪费。
岗位要求：
- 54岁以下，大专及以上学历，工程相关专业优先
- 5年以上甲级写字楼/高档物业项目同等岗位经验
- 持工程资质证书
- 对物业工程管理具有丰富的管理实操经验
- 精通大厦各类设施设备运行/保养/维修制度订立
- 能妥善管理供应商执行日常运行规范
- 丰富的工程预决算制作/工程改造监管审核能力
- 能妥善处理各类物业工程突发事件
- 掌握办公/工程软件操作
