职责：

承担中心的各部门的管理工作，确定各部门的工作目标及绩效考核等；

制定中心科研团队建设规划，并督导实施；

根据集团发展战略规划，制定中心技术平台建设规划并督导实施；

根据集团发展战略规划，制定新产品研发战略规划并督导实施；

制定中心各项规章制度和工作流程，并督导实施；

制定中心年度科研经费预算，并按预算管理可研费用；

完成上级交代的其它工作。

要求：

?8年以上锂离子电池研发工作经验，有固态电池研发经验
