Responsibilities:
- Having a daily e-mails review with each coordinator, and make sure awareness of every issue, and help them to solve the problem, if any.
- Handling with PC for claims/charge backs collection.
- During the order placement process, manager is required to check the factory capacity if they are able to execute the orders on time they confirmed to customer.
- Overview the day-to-day operation: the order processing details will be handled by PC and they work with factories for details, plus start monitoring on the scheduling, to ensure the on-time delivery, they have to watch closely for every step of the way until shoes gets made and shipped, meaning coordinating with development & commercialization team together with factories, and if any issues arises that’s going to effect the delivery, they will start working on improving it with either factories or US office to prevent the delays from happening, however, if the delay is unavoidable, will then give US office the head up of warning see if any extension is possible, while still reworking on improving the delivery at the same time, all these issues will be discussed during our daily e-mail review, and the manager shall get involved or providing assistance when necessary.

Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of footwear manufacturing experience
- Knowledgeable in production processes and best practices
- Experience working with vendors in Asia
- Experience with high-end brand desirable
- Ability to communicate across multi-cultural and experience levels, internal & external
- Proven leadership skills and communication skills are the must
