- Working in liaison with Technical, Customer Service, Local Office, Regional Teams and Service Partners using best in class technology, deliver an innovative first class Project Management service

- Managing the customer contact process from project inception to completion and post project evaluation

- Deliver a project report using prescribed format – this will drive our approach to PM planning

- Programme all work activities over the year, allowing for contingency space for ad hoc projects

- Building a customer focused, results driven team

- Maintain accurate Project Files and financial records for billing and charging purposes

- Track and report PM time on a monthly basis – creating a culture of ‘chargeable time’

- Management of project delivery SLA’s/ commitments against customer/ client expectations and the documentation of any exceptions including corrective actions (this may include the completion of post project evaluation sheets, customer surveys etc)

- Provide support to Line Manager

- Proven experience in the management and delivery of excellent, innovative Project Management services to prestige corporate facilities with the ability to advise on best practice

- Practical experience of successful leadership of a team of several supply partners and their people to deliver a seamless, integrated services with a One Team mindset

- Operational specialist knowledge of at least one or more of the following areas: engineering and maintenance management, management of large scale, multi-disciplined projects, logistics, construction, architecture, quantity surveying

- Able to remove barriers and drive innovation throughout the supply chain and demonstrate creative and effective ways of to motivate the team and adopt a can-do culture

- Excellent knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental issues, able to interpret policy and legislation and implement best practice across all service line working practices

- A leader who can coach, train and develop high calibre talented people

- Strong people management and motivation skills, able to lead by example

- Budgetary and P&L control knowledge and previous success in delivery best value
