Treasury Specialist 资金专员
Synopsis:
Along with EF fast growth in the China market, we are looking for a talent to join us as the Treasury Specialist in Shanghai finance share service team and to be based in Shanghai, China.
The Role:
The Treasury specialist's role is to deal with all treasury matters of all Shanghai legal entities and branches in treasury team which including but not limited in cash and bank accounts management, cash flow reporting and analysis, treasury project , annual internal/statutory audit regarding treasury.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for cash and cash pool management, reporting the cash balance on weekly basis and making cash flow analysis as required.
2. Responsible for bank accounts management, opening bank accounts for new legal entities or specific purpose, updating legal entity information with banks as necessary.
3. Responsible for treasury project, including negotiating with banks of installment payment and with third payment providers of online payment, applying for bank guarantee as required.
4. Responsible for internal authorization level updating for payment and expenses.
5. Responsible for basic bank accounts annual checking.
6. Responsible for loan cards annual checking.
7. Responsible for annual internal/statutory audit regarding treasury
8. Responsible for coordinating regional cashiers for treasury related matters.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above and majored in Finance, Economics or Accounting
2. More than 5 years' related working experience in treasury and banking experience preferred.
3. Prior experience in working with different E-bank system (local and foreign)
4. Good communicator and team player and can work independently
5. Be initiative and like to take responsibilities
6. Familiar with MS office and other business systems
7. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
