Role Summary/Purpose :Plan the day to day execution and technical support for the introduction of processes for manufacturing support equipment development and existing equipment maintenance plan. Support efforts to consistently improve equipment maintenance safety, quality, efficiency and cost. Facility Engineer is recognized as a key manufacturing technology leader within their organization. Interface with global counter-parts to achieve program goals and integrate global activities when necessary.

Essential Responsibilities :? Maintain Cleanroom facility, relevant equipment and industry energy, drive equipment maintenance leading indicators identification to chase early and effective maintenance implementation.? Optimize equipment maintenance mechanism, calendar, procedures to support plant equipment operation with high performance.? Drive improved equipment maintenance quality by identifying equipment operation issues, developing equipment preventive and cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into facility operations? Work with manufacturing leadership to identify and resolve manufacturing and energy problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and equipment design? Monitor and improve equipment efficiency through the use of Lean Six Sigma or related tools, while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost-conscious manner.? Clearly understand existing processes in order to provide support from facility and energy quality. ? Drive and execute facility engineering initiatives with wide business impact and ensure to share best practices across the Global Supply Chain? Ensure regulatory compliance through Qualification & Validation. Responsible for ensuring rigor in determining processes requiring validation, development of plans and analysis criteria, execution and final analysis and acceptance? Help execute continuous simplification of QMS methods and their applications by working with cross-functional team including Operations and Quality Assurance. Work with the facilities and maintenance team to implement change and ensure the required facility requirements and energy capacity is in place before it is required by customer demand? Drive facility digitalization programs to enhance facility management efficiency and improve facility maintenance mechanism continuously.

Qualifications/Requirements :Quality Specific Goals:? Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. ? Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. ? Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. ? Knowledge and understanding of document control, Equipment Preventive Maintenance Planning, energy capacity requirements to ensure that product, equipment, tools, processes, software, training and documentation meet requirements. Required Qualifications: 1. B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related technical degree, or an Associate’s Degree and 3 years’ experience in production, engineering or troubleshooting of PC/server based systems, or High School diploma with 5 years of experience in production, engineering or troubleshooting of PC/server based systems2. Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical and planning skills3. Ability to work independently4. Demonstrated strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Desired Characteristics :1. MS in technical concentration/field2. Co-op or internship experience in Manufacturing Engineering3. Manufacturing Lean or industry engineering experience, TPM certified preferred.4. Manufacturing equipment management experience 5. 6-sigma DMAIC certified.6. Experiences in Process Intensive manufacturing7. Solid working knowledge of GEHC QMS procedures for GMP 8. Experienced developing tools and templates9. Demonstrated program or project management skills
