职位：EIB Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Operation:

？ Support payroll data administration work including but not limited to, collection/consolidation/validation payroll related data for business units in China.

？ Cooperate with EIB team member to convert payroll data into EIB file

？ Provide other services as necessary based on business needs

Process Development:

？ Facilitate process documentation, standardization, optimization of key processes and systems.

？ Assists with the development and implementation of strategic global/regional/local processes and programs.

？ Ensure processes created are as robust and efficient as possible and fit within the HR portfolio.

Knowledge Management:

？ Proactively work to enhance the capability of the HR Operations and Shared Services teams.

？ Assure that customers, partners, and stakeholders are kept up-to-date with appropriate, timely, and relevant communication of trends, issues, and services, in partnership with country and regional change leads.

？ Assure proper documentation of HR services delivery agreements and procedures. Establish and communicate standards and protocols as necessary.
