Job Description

? Development of concepts for digital learning projects
? Creation of various media formats such as web-based trainings and learning videos
? Manage the development of instructional materials (tutorials, digital interactives, user guides, audio and video scripts, storyboards, etc.) that transform content into professionally written, engaging instruction with high interactivity
? Working together with our internal Purchasing and Logistics experts
? Conduct workshops with multiple stakeholders and consult with topic owners in Purchasing and Logistics to gather information for developing content
? Working closely with a global team of designers

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree or above in digital media, design, marketing, adult education or international business
? Languages: Perfect English, Chinese, German is a plus
? Excellent organizational and communicational skills

? Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a global environment
? Innovation mindset
? Affinity for media, design and graphics
? Knowledge in animated Powerpoint videos

? Experience in digital learning conception and consulting preferred
? Prior experience or willingness to learn authoring tools (e. g. Articulate Storyline)
