工作职责：

1. 负责新产品开发和原有产品改良，选择技术课题，跟踪项目进展和产品的质量；

2. 制定原料检查标准，对原料的性能和价格进行评估；

3. 为客户提供服务、产品改良、技术指导和调色，处理客户投诉；

4. 完善部门规程，协调并支持公司内各相关部门工作；

5. 指导下属工作，提供专业化的培训和支持，管理团队。
