Job Description

You will diagnose and troubleshoot computer software, hardware, printer, network and telephone problems and help our customers install Windows, applications and programs.

You will work with offshore team to identify issues and resolve them, like but not limited to email account, sharedrive, application server, network equipment.

You will create/update/close IT tickets regarding to incident and service request.

You will complete adhoc jobs assigned by team leader or manager.

 

Job Requirements

Willing to help people.

Must have good communication skill.

Must have basic English skill, can read and write IT related document in English.

Must have IT service background, familiar with common computer technology or platform used in MNC. For example Laptop, desktop, Windows, Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Lync, Skype), File Server, Antivirus, LAN, Wireless, printer, projector, VPN, Push email

CCNA, MCP or other IT certificate is desired. IT tickets system experience like Remedy or ServiceNow is a plus.
