Job Description

This position is to lead and develop the BBM(Bosch Mobility Solutions) Systems Engineering topics in China, including Model-based System Engineering, Rolling Chassis, Superior Chassis, Vehicle-level system engineering, etc.

It targets building up competence in order to think and act on vehicle systems level like a vehicle OEM by:
Carrying out cross domain projects with the BBM division and bringing Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and other methods into applications along with solving real world tasks together with the BBM divisions.
Below are the detailed responsibilities of this role in China:
- Definition of new business in projects and consequent use of MBSE methodologies and simulation in x-Domain projects. Develop and realize new x-GB (vehicle level) features.
- Roll-out MBSE framework to BBM China divisions. Support BBM SE to develop a governance concept and carry it out.
- Development and partnering in new system fields, e.g. Rolling Chassis. Bring new concepts of system-level features and products to the company to open up new business opportunities.
- Lead cross-division concept study projects.
- Bring the divisions in China together to develop and offer cross-division, cross-domain features.
- Lead the cross-domain expert team
- Support BBM SE activities from China

Qualifications

- > 8 years working experience in electrical engineering of automobiles
- Abundant knowledge in vehicle electronic systems
- Working experience in the OEM E/E department is a plus
- Strong communication skills with proactive working style
- Strong ability to learn
- Strong ability to influence others
- Fluent English in written and spoken
- Good presentation skills
