Asst Manager Customer Service

Job Responsibility:

1. Improve service quality and reduce complaint cases, coordinate with other departments to offer solutions to customer issues/needs.

2. Lead Customer Service team, closely work with sales/operation/finance team to maintain customer support and to achieve Shenzhen office revenue & volume target.

3. Monitor and manage Booking team daily work with all booking issues.

4. Manage documentation workflows (according to SOP) and monitor data quality of Doc team.

5. SOP/ Process improvement.

6. Issue report as required.

7. Update schedule, service promotion & company notice to customers.

8. People coaching, talent development, maintain a team with high team spirit.

9. Other ad-hoc task/project assign by management.

Requirements:

1. Junior college graduates or above.

2. Above 5 years working experience in logistic industry and minimum 2 years in supervisory level is preferable.

3. Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin, PETS3 or CET-4 or above

4. Good computer skill, familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

5. Excellent communication / interpersonal /decision making /problem solving skills, logical thinking.

6. Strong sense of responsibility with good management skill, high team spirit.
