工作目标：
带领激励团队完成业绩指标，执行落实公司政策制度，对商品陈列、促销活动等做到零缺陷复制，开拓与维护商场客户、加盟客户，保持良好的合作关系。
工作职责
1. 完善责任区域市场销售体系，完成公司下达的各项销售指标及任务；
2. 负责责任区域的市场开发和管理，保持良好的客户互动沟通；
3. 建设及培育高素质团队，共同做好市场服务支持功能。
任职要求：
1. 28岁以上，大专以上学历，5年以上零售加盟行业工作经验，3年以上管理经验；
2. 丰富的店铺开发经验及主力商场关系，优秀的商场沟通谈判能力；熟悉区域市场状况及终端店铺管理；
3. 良好的团队合作精神及团队领导力，善于激励士气，提高销售业绩；　　
4. 工作作风严谨、主动积极、执行力强，能承受一定的工作压力。
