Supply Chain Business Analyst

Key Responsibilties：

· Adminstor of product master and customer master in MDS. Identify data owner and be reponsible for integrity and accuracy.

· Run projects with IT BI Team to deliver right master data information to other company systems.

· Work with IT for data warehouse efficiency optimization.

· Develop operational KPI metrix and monthly reporting to Operation D and functional managers.

· Communicate with upstream, downstream and 3rd party vendor for data integration opportunity for end-to-end supply chain visibility.

· Support function report development needs and arrange resource plan with IT BI team.

· Support function process/system improvement related master data or Datawarehouse.

Qualifications:

Knowledge: A senior level professional. General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, supply chain procedures, and practices. Interprets company policies and procedures to resolve issues. Good excel skill, SAP knowledge is required. Ablity of Tableau, power BI and SQL server is preferred. PMP certification is preferred.
Problem Solving: Applies professional concepts procedures, analyzes data or situations, and exercises judgment to recommend solutions to solve problems. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be obtained.
Planning and Organization: Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own work routine to meet established schedule with guidance from manager.
Discretion/Latitude; Supervision Received; Decision Making
Receives general supervision. Makes recommendations which may be reviewed by manager. May exercise authority within limits. May seek guidance in resolving problems.
Business Relationships and Project Management: Begins establishing and cultivating internal business relationships to facilitate completion of tasks. May participate in project teams.
