In three months, you would have

· Understood howGroupM’s internal processes are run in line with our search partners

In six months, you would have

· Met with Agency searchteam to know their portfolio and business approach

· Represent the searchteam as key contact person

In 12 months, you would have

· Been able to optimizesearch strategy and involved in pitches and development.

What your day job looks like at GroupM:

· SEM AccountsOperation, Insure search accounts meet their spending and KPI within existingclients.

· Follow up SEM strategyto Client’s business.

· Get Baidu Primary ExamCertificate

· Send daily, weekly andmonthly reports to client in time.

· Facilitate workflowprocess and ensure full synergy with Agency search and planning teams

· From time to time workon projects outside day to day client

· Keep goodrelationships with internal & External clients

Minimum qualifications:

· 0-1 years’ searchexperience in SEM using Baidu ,360 ,Sogou ,Bing and Google

· Understands SEMincluding Planning, Operation & KPI dilivering with at least 1 years ofpast experience

· Proven track record ofmanaging large search campaigns

· Good written and oralcommunications skills

· Ability to provideinsight into campaigns and processes of the business
