Responsibilities:

· Execute SGAP, in line with national & corporate sales strategy and market developments, in order to set realistic & ambitious sales & customer development goals to contribute to National Sales Plan

· Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure Telesales Team is able to deliver excellent service to customers

· Drive Asia Pacific Strategy by developing the Telesales Team to the fullest

· Submit management information related to performance as well as the opportunity pipeline for assigned accounts, to enable the NSM to steer and take corrective actions if applicable

· Ensure Team is ensuring on CRM usage and compliance by recording all actions, discussions, next steps, agreements, quotes etc. in CRM;

· Ensure team meets their KPI on calls, quotes and closing ratio by guiding and sharing best practises.

Requirements:

· Degree holder in related disciplines

· Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry

· Good knowledge of air and ocean freight processes (import and export)

· Customer satisfaction mindset

· Good communication & negotiation skills

· Fluent in local and basic skills in English language

· Experience in leading teams
