Responsibilities:

Ensure that local SHE inductions are performed for new employees, contractors and visitors.

Establish, review and monitor safe work instructions and procedures for relevant equipment and processes

Collate SHE perform statistics based on ECOLAB operational guidelines and China laws and regulations

Conduct OH&S and environmental incident investigations including near miss situations

Participate in routine manufacturing meetings to raise and review SHEQ issues with the site management and supervisors

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

Over 8 years working experience including at least 2 years management experience

Over 5 years quality control experience in detergents or chemical specialty industry

Background in chemical plant safety procedures

GMP experience is a must

Multi-lingual-proficient in English and the national language
