1. Master data and master data quality have a high impact on the performance of operational business processes, the quality of information and on overall decision making. A high master data quality level will contribute towards reduction of costs through efficiency improvements in business processes, projects, data processing and information generation.
2. Monitor and improve the regional master data maintenance processes and master data change processes to secure and improve master data quality.
3. Play key role in data transparency and digitalization. Improve whole supply chain process through data analysis and project facilitation

                    

    

The Position:

1. Create and maintain material master, vendor master and customer master accurately to meet business requirement timely.
2. Identify, analysis and escalate master data related issues to level of Central Master Data Manager to ensure that problems can be solved in short time.
3. Generate SCM reports regularly for monitoring supply chain cost, inventory levels, and master data accuracy.
4. Ensure compliance to DNP global master data standards and procedures.
5. Ensure compliance with DNP internal control guidelines.
6. Document regional CMDM standards and procedures, which need to be reviewed periodically.
7. Maintain and keep monitoring related KPI and close the gap on real performance vs. targets.
8. Continuously train SAP users the interaction between master data setting and PTP/OTC operations.
9. Act as key role in Continuous Improvement of whole SCM.
10. Analyze transactional data and value stream mapping to identify improving areas.
11. Improve data transparency and facilitate digitalization.
12. Run Kaizen project to help to smooth process, improve working efficiency and save operation costs.

                                                    

    

    

The Ideal:

1. Colleague or university graduate, good English both oral and written
2. Knowledge of MRPII or SAP preferred
3. At least 3 years of experience with multi-national enterprises in master data management
4. Manage cross-functional stakeholders in the region and in global level to find continuous improvement opportunities across different business units.
5. Building credibility across internal customer community
6. Knowing and understanding large group of diverse internal customers as well as external customers.
