Job Description

- Team leader
- Responsible for plastic / rubber material release and localization test in AP team with 5 associates
- Window person for CR and all RB divisions in AP regarding plastic / rubber material engineering, research and release

Qualifications

- Bachelor / Master (Polymer Materials Science and Engineering background)
- More than 5 years related work experience
- High entrepreneurial mindset, results and future orientation
- Be agile and cost saving awareness
- Leadership experience
