职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
l Overall responsibility for all finance reporting and analysis.
l Reporting and analysis:
l Timely and accurate submission of monthly business report to China management team
l Timely and accurate submission of reports to Regional Office in HK as appropriate -weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually in line with the close schedule calendar.
l Driving business performance: Should be able to business partner with division heads/Country head to drive division/Country business performance. Typical areas to focus upon would be:
l Submission of realistic & accurate business forecasts (this should pull together not only the Sales forecasts but also the costs forecasts and ensure that adequate accruals and provisions are created in the books.
l Analysis of margins, profit trends, seasonality, product mix, volumes, Channel & Customer profitability on a regular basis.
l Identifying & implementing synergies on costs and other productivity enhancements within the business unit.
l Assist in generating Annual Operating Plans (Budgets)/Quarterly Forecast and Strategic plans.
l Ad-hoc projects: As required from time to time by business leaders/head of finance and operation, etc.
Key Skills & Attributes required:
l University degree, CPA, ACCA, ACA will be a plus
l At least 8-10 years of work experience of which at least 3-4 should be in a Financial Plan & Analysis capacity, work experience in big MNCs is a plus
l Solid track record, stable, quick learner.
l Driven personality who is able to work through ambiguous circumstances with minimum supervision
l Good communication skills in English & local language.
l Excellent skill in Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as familiar with Hyperion/Clearview
l Strong financial analysis abilities, familiar with financial control, budget management, financing operation, financial settlement and auditing, taxation process; familiar with new accounting regulations;
l Experiences of financial analysis leaders in multinational companies, and experiences of financial budgets and management;
l Familiar with Finance and Reporting Software of Hyperion, SAP or Oracle
l Good communication and problem solving abilities, logical analysis and thinking ahead abilities; Working independently and team working spirits
l Active with positive attitude
