Job Description

This position will focus on compliance as well as ICO (Information Coordination Organization) topics in BEG CN.

1. Advising on BEG China compliance issues, including policy, training, advice to daily operation, support to management and investigation on compliance cases.
2. Participating in international teamwork in Global Compliance Team of BEG and regional contact window to CPO office.

3. Coordination of all ICO topics within BEGCN and act as the interface for BEG/ICO to local contacts.

4. Communicate regularly and Investigate topics/issues with BEG/ICO.

5. Channel information from Abstatt to BEGCN colleagues.

6. ？Manage Portal rooms/central administration of SharePoint.

7. Manage Keyusers for ICO Applications.
8. Work with CI(Corporate Information) administration tools.

Qualifications

Required:

·？？？？？？ Bachelor's or above engineering degree

·？？？？？？ 3+ years professional experience in the ？compliance, legal, audit or internal control in a MNC;

·？？？？？？ Strong command of written and spoken English;

·？？？？？？ Good communication and team work spirit;

Preferred:

·？？？？？？ With automotive engineering, electrical engineering, information engineering background;

·？？？？？？ With strong influence ability;
