Key Accountabilities

• 负责新项目导入阶段与技术部的沟通，实施样品检验指导、FAI报告审核，确保样品满足客户要求。

Responsible for new project introduction phase and technical communication, implement sample inspection guidance and FAI report audit to ensure samples meet customer requirements.

• 负责《终检检验标准》的制定及更新，监督检验员执行检验标准。

Responsible for the final inspection standard formulation and update, supervise the inspectors to implement the inspection standards.

• 负责FQC、样品检验过程中质量问题的沟通、协调和反馈，以及严重质量问题《纠正和预防措施报告》的建立、跟踪、验证和关闭。

Responsible for communication, coordination and feedback of quality issues during FQC and sample inspection, and establishment, tracking, validation and shutdown of critical quality problem & corrective and Preventive Action reports.

• 负责FQC、样品检验过程中不合格品的判定和管理，必要时组织内部实施不合格品评审，并监督执行评审处置方案。

Responsible for judging and managing nonconforming products during FQC and

sample inspection, organize internal review of nonconforming products if necessary, and supervise implementation of review and disposal plan.

• 负责ECN、PCN发行后，库存品状态的跟踪、新版要求的执行及《终检检验标准》的更新。

Responsible for the inventory status tracking, the implementation of the new edition requirements and the update of the final Inspection Standard after the release of the ECN and PCN.

• 处理客户投诉， 对投诉问题要求相关部门进行原因分析， 措施制定，措施验证直至问题关闭，向客户投诉8D报告及改善证据。

Deal with customer complaints, conduct cause analysis, measure formulation, measure validation until the problem is closed, report 8D to customer and improve evidence.

• 组织并解决客户退货品的缺陷原因分析， 召集工程师和相关人员对缺陷产品进行分析和处置， 必要时发出8D对缺陷产品进行原因分析和制定改善措施。

Organize and resolve defect cause analysis of customer return products, convene engineers and related personnel to analyze and dispose defective products, issue 8D as necessary to conduct cause analysis and formulate improvement measures for defective products.

• 配合执行来自客户的现场审核， 对审核发现召集内部相关人员进行原因分析和改正措施制定， 并跟踪验证实施状况，直至问题关闭。

Cooperate with the customer to perform the on-site audit, gather internal relevant personnel to conduct cause analysis and corrective action formulation, and follow up the implementation status until the problem is closed.

• 参与组织公司内部质量体系审核工作， 协助并维护质量管理体系的正常运行。

Participate in the organization of internal quality system audit, assist and maintain the normal operation of the quality management system.

• 负责定期对顾客质量方面的满意度，对于存在的问题及时给出处置方案，并向客户给出反馈。

Responsible for regular customer quality satisfaction, timely solutions to existing problems, and feedback to customers.

Person Specification

Essential:

• 本科及以上，英语CET4以上，能通过英语口语熟练的与海外客户顺利沟通

Undergraduate college or above, English CET4 or above, be able to communicate smoothly with overseas customers through oral English

• 工程、机械、电子或相关专业

Major in Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics or related

• 5年以上客户质量工程师或品质工程师相关经验，熟悉钣金、机械加工、注塑成型及电子产品等生产流程及工艺；熟悉ISO9000；熟练运用、编制8D报告及质量分析工具；具备基本办公软件操作技能。

At least 5 years’ experience in customer quality engineer or quality engineer, familiar with mechanical & electronic production process; familiar with ISO9000; proficient in using 8D report and quality analysis tools; have basic office software operation skills.

• 优秀的人际沟通能力, 良好的逻辑思维能力，解决问题能力，计划、项目和过程管理能力。

Excellent interpersonal skills, good logical thinking, problem solving, planning, project and process management skills.

丰富的结构件厂商NPI(新产品导入) QE工作经验，能看懂复杂的图纸，熟悉GD&T（尺寸公差和形位公差）。

Rich NPI (New Product Import) QE working experience, can read complex drawings, familiar with GD&T (dimensional tolerances and geometric tolerances).
