Key Tasks:

- Bank account reconciliation : minitor the bank statements booking and clearing; reconcile the balances in SAP with bank statements; follow up unclear items in time.

- Reconcile netting statements with IHC account

- PRC bank account management, including bank opening,closing ,annual check and update; control all bank account signatures

- Communicate with banks on daily operating issues

- Prepare a timely and accurate reporting of FX position; take initiative in monitoring FX position; make daily hedging proposal for FX exposure; provide monthly FX result analysis

- FX Deals booking in ACR and settlement with banks

- Bank guarantee application from PAC treasury

- Monthly closing like month end revaluation, BG fee accrue based on PAC tresaury's figure, MTM revaluation FX deals etc.

- Petty cash control and management; control of payment settlements to make sure it is in line with the cash management plan

- Other tasks assigned by Country Tax & Treasury Manager

Requierments:

·         3+ years related working experience

·         Good communication skill

·         Strong sense of accountability

·         Good English in reading, writing 

·         Familiar with SAP system 

·         College/Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
