Job Description

1.
Conduct cell culture and bioreactor experiments in training
center

2.
Provide on-site customer application support and trouble
shooting on Bioreactor

3.
Effective demonstration of bioreactor to clients

2. Support
daily technical enquiries for sales personnel and clients

3. Effective customer training, ensuring a high
level of customer satisfaction to achieve the best results from products

5. Ensure
liaison and training of team members regarding aspects of bioreactor related knowledge

6. Support marketing
activities, such as workshop and exhibitions to represent professional aspect
of company image and assist sales lead development

7. To provide reports in a timely manner in accordance with department
rules

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in cell biology or bioreactor
related degree

2. Experience of working within
laboratory on bioreactor more than 3 years, and has strong hands-on experience
of performing bioreactor procedures

3. Have an in-depth knowledge of bioreactor products, have NBS bioreactor experience will be
preferred

4. Able to work in
pressure to meet aggressive task requirement and schedules

5. Strong communication and
team building ability

6. Fluent in English speaking and writing

7. Willingness to travel
