Key Accountabilities主要职责：

1.      Prepare yearly internal audit plan, perform internal audit accordingly. Follow up audit findings, measure the effectiveness of corrective actions, make sure it’s in a closed loop.

2.      Continuously review and update company level I and level II manual to ensure that such procedure invoke good and actual maintenance practice and airworthy aircraft component.

3.      Control all maintenance approved data, make sure it’s up to date and align with OEM published reference.

4.      Repair performance monthly review meeting preparation and report to quality manager, conduct quality investigation or survey as necessary.

5.      Maintain Safety Management System (SMS), including the risk database and relevant records.

6.      Develop annual training plan and organize/implement various training;

7.      Supplier periodically review and keep supplier list up to date.

8.      Investigate and take corrective actions on accident;

9.      Assist to compile, revise and distribute the MMM, RSQCM, MOE and procedure;

10.   Assistance on the maintenance personnel qualification implementation and management;

11.   Other tasks assigned by Quality Manager;

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求

1. 0-3 years’ relevant working experience in aviation field ;

2. Good communication skill with authorities, customer, OEM and different departments in Company;

3. Be able to read English version maintenance documents and CMM.

4. Familiar with Microsoft Office software such as word, excel and PPT;
