The comprehensive range of components includes diesel and gas engines, fuel injection systems, motor control units, axial piston pumps and motors, hydraulic cylinders, slewing bearings, gearboxes, rope winches, switchgear, electronic and power electronic components, and software. The high-quality components are used in cranes and earthmoving equipment, in the mining industry, in maritime applications, wind turbines, vehicle technology, aviation and traffic engineering. Synergy effects from the other product divisions of the Liebherr Group are used to promote continuous improvements in technology.
The high production depth and the use of modern flexible production plants enable Liebherr to provide its customers with individual solutions. Every component is designed according to the customers' requests and requirements - from the product idea, development, manufacture and commissioning through to series production. Liebherr offers reconditioning of the mechanical and hydraulic components of the drivetrain in different stages at a specialized plant.
Key Accountabilities主要职责:
1. Analyze customer requirement relating to technical and commercial conditions for customer projects
2. Identification and Acquisition of business opportunities with Chinese diesel engine manufacturers
3. Preparation of system, component, development quotations
4. Preparation and negotiation of customer contracts
5. Follow-up of delivery, turnover, and payment of customer projects.
6. Annual price negotiation
7. Coordination sales planning and forecasts
8. Manages daily commercial activities with current, new and potential customers, including (but not limited) data exchange and commercial information;
9. Preparation of internal reporting documentation
10. Competitor observation
11. Identify measures to maintain customer satisfaction
12. After sales commercial activities, e.g. aftersales part market analyses, price negotiation, delivery and so on.
13. Competence/ Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
14. Knowledge of current and future needs within the engine manufacturer market/ requirements of customers and their markets and is able to evaluate its own position in the competitive environment correctly
15. Good relationship to customer
16. Reach / gain market share through satisfied / excited customers and promote sales turnover and profit
17. Good Knowledge of engine and powertrain technologies, good knowledge of common rail components and its applications is a plus
18. Permanently / sustain developing sales with the customer
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求
Master or bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in automotive technology or Diesel Fuel Injection business
At least 5 years working experience in automotive industry, experience in automotive control engineering
Good skills in English language, both written and spoken; good skills in German language is a plus
Ability to integrate in an international project team and willingness to work
Being very flexible for travelling
Customer-oriented
Good communication skills
