Responsibilities:

• Review P/O (Purchase Order) from customer (COMAC) and validate with OEM (Liebherr-Aerospace Toulouse SAS).

• Provide to customer the delivery status of open P/O status.

• Support efficient communication between customer and OEM.

• Follow-up with customer the outstanding invoices.

• Manage with customer the quick validation of the Green Light requested for shipments from the OEM’s forwarder.

• Validate with customer the R/O (Repair Order) for parts returned to OEM or OEM’s vendors, track the shipment and follow-up the status

• Follow-up OEM’s consignment stock in Shanghai, monitor parts reception and shipping with logistics department

• Source and procure material for FAL Support Team as required.

• Support Key Performance Indicators monitoring activities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree or above

• Proficient computer skills, especially excel skills

• Strong communication & negotiation skills, fluent Chinese and English, French is a strong plus

• Be capable to handle issue independently in a cross-cultural company

• 5 or more years working experience in customer service, experience in aerospace industry is preferred

• Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure
