Job Description

You are our EVP (Employer Value Proposition) expert:

• Product owner of Bosch’s EVP, closely contact with our global product owner to continuously promote EVP;

• Empower Bosch employer branding with Bosch’s EVP, clearly link Bosch’s practice/ process with Bosch EVP core message;

You are our Branding consultant:

• Develop our overall employer branding market strategy with professional insights;

• Create and publish press release on internal & external media, newspaper, TVs, internal memos, brochures, etc. ？

• Distribute advertisement “online/offline” on different channels to raise our awareness and consideration; ？like job boards, OOH, etc.;

• Drive digital solution to strengthen our branding image to our target users, like via wechat “博世中国人才苑”， linkedIn, IWOM, social campaign, etc

• Branding awards owner target to different focus group, like young talents, internal associates, professionals;

You are our enabler to turn more Bosch fans & ambassador

• Enable Bosch’s associates to promote Bosch group, e.g. provide associates platform to introduce: Bosch spark

• Enable hiring team with branding mindset to create an user-centric experience to applicant;

More roles as assigned

• Partner with internal and external marketing sources and leverage resources mutual;

• Well aware of the market trends and demands along with changing expectation of candidates, importing, developing, optimizing and deploying staffing concepts & solutions;

Qualifications

? Bachelor degree and above, with around 5 years of HR working experience while 3 years on branding experiences.
? Good at conceptual work design and logical thinking.
? Good interpersonal and collaboration skill to interact with different level of leaders and associates.
? Result and future orientation, have good sense for new technology deployment.
? Good team player with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
? Fluent English communication.
? Good knowledge for communication presentation.
