In order to support a sustainable development of our activities in the country, Bosch Software Innovations is looking for a very experienced Senior Solution Architect.


Job Description

  • You develop and manage the partnerships with main partners in China on a working level aligning with our sales, marketing and engineering teams

  • You effectively manage projects (together with the DevOps teams and others) among customers, partners and internal teams aligning with the overall company strategy

  • You liaise with Portfolio Management and Product Owners to align on market and customers needs to provide the best possible solutions to our customers and partners

  • You concisely report activities and status to internal and external stakeholders

  • You actively contribute to discussions in architecture and design of IoT solutions with out customers and communicate technical requirements effectively from customers to our sales and engineering teams
  • You lead IoT workshops with our customers and represent the company at trade shows and conferences


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of partnership management or related function that demonstrates the ability to develop relationships and apply market intelligence successfully

  • A “customer first” mindset – Must care and be able to successfully advocate for what matters to customers

  • Humorous, fun, authentic and dynamic personality with a compassionate style

  • Experience with strategy development, qualitative and quantitative customer research techniques

  • Familiar with smart vertical solutions (smart mobility /city /energy /building...)?

  • Significant experience and understanding of existing and emerging IoT market and technology trends

  • Open to domestic and international travel
