Job Title: QA Senior Officer

  

Report to: Regional Quality Manager

  

Business Unit: DNP/HNH Great China

The Challenge:

  

1. Provide quality management ownership to premix quality function

2. Emphasize the importance of KPIs in Quality management activities, i.e. Testing Turnover time, Quality CCR handling, Focus, Service and Speed.

3. Joint set up and well maintain a high-level quality management system to ensure products produced in Xinghuo DSM Fortitech Premix plant, which compliances with relevant standards and regulations, in order to satisfy customer requirements, meet all legal and regulatory demands and continuously improve products and operations.

4. Complex regulatory environment due to use of products in different application fields, ranging from pharmaceuticals to food and feed and cosmetics. Need to reconcile different and sometimes conflicting requirements for the same production line.

5. Building quality awareness in the organization, because we are the global supply chain, all spec to be followed.

          

  

  

The Position:

  

1. Be responsible for license & certificate maintenance: production license, certificates including ISO 9001/FSSC22000, Halal, kosher etc. to support DNP HNH business needs. And supervise ensure awakenings, understanding and implantation of these standards by HNH organization through training and communication. 为了配合DNP HNH业务需求, 负责维护生产许可证，ISO/FSSC 22000，halal，kosher等资质证书，并监督相关要求和标准在组织内得到理解和执行，

2. Play the role of PRMS (Premix Raw Material Specialist) on the level of HNH premix global quality. 在HNH Premix全球质量管理层面，承担PRMS的角色和职责。

3. As QA, be responsible for supplier qualification including raw material, packaging material, 3rd party service, and handle out-of-specification, non-conformance, deviation etc. of suppliers. 代表QA，负责供应商资质评估，例如原料，包装材料，第三方服务商等。并处理与供应商相关的不合格和异常情况

4. Support and participate all kind of activity related to Quality management, such as, SOP management validation, stability test, HACPP plan, complaint handling, government audit/supervision, 3rd party & customer audit，RM&FGs NCR/deviation, SAP maintenance, MOC, QMR, training，quality report and so on. 支持并参与质量管理相关的各种活动，例如SOP管理，验证，稳定性试验，HACCP计划，投诉处理，审计，不合格/偏差调查，SAP维护，变更管理，质量回顾，培训，质量月报，问卷填写等。

5. Maintain closely contact and coordinate with all relevant internal parties to ensure quality issues are discussed and resolved: Production, Maintenance, QC, Marketing & Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and that for all levels and organisational units.保持和内部的相关部门的沟通，确保质量问题得到充分讨论并解决。包括和QC，维修，市场部，销售部，物流，采购等各层面。

6. Modify quality system related SOP and document. 改进质量体系相关的文件。

7. Other quality related jobs assigned公司分配的其他质量相关工作

              

  

The Ideal:

  

1. University degree or above, in nutrition, food, pharmaceutical or biology discipline

2. Management capability, self-motivated and analytical competency

3. Proven project management experience

4. Extensive knowledge about traditional nutrients of vitamin, mineral, carotenoids, etc is required. Some insights into herb extracts & TCM is an advantage.

5. Be familiar with Chinese regulatory relative to premix, especially on health food premix and well understanding of human nutrition industry (segment, player, products, etc.) is a must

6. Good knowledge about food processing/system (i.e. GMP, standardization, blending, tableting, capsule, etc.) and food analysis is desired

7. Specialization in GMP and QA

8. ISO/9001/ISO 22000 system knowledge

9. Knowledge of and experience in other relevant discipline

10. Good communication and social skills
