Primary Purpose

To support Beijing business team on invoice scanning and document filing.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

· Daily collect and record submitted invoices and supporting from business team

· Scan documents and send email to assigned email address

· Keep VAT invoices in custody and regularly courier to Shanghai for tax filing

· Handle local documentation with local bank, tax bureau and other administrative organizations

· Well collaborate with business team to provide appropriate finance support.

The accomplished individual will possess...

· Diploma in Accounting in Accounting/Finance, good English writing and reading skill.

· At least 1-year relevant working experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

· Positive attitude and ready steady character, careful in detail

· Self-motivated, flexible and performance-oriented, ability to work independently and in a team
