Responsibilities & Main tasks:

1.Responsible for phone-calls picking up and transfer, welcome and organize guests visiting at reception area 接转总机来电，接待公司访客

2.Conduct stationery and office food purchase ,checking daily office expense statement 负责文具、食品和日用品日常采购

3.Organize business trip and appointments such as ticket booking and hotel reservation 与供应商合作，为公司员工的商旅票务、酒店预订提供支持

4.Responsible for receiving and sending for EMS, Express, Post Letter and so on 负责快递收发

5.Responsible for communication with office suppliers and the building management to ensure daily office running smoothly 支持和保障办公室日常运作

6.Provide administration support to company meetings and other company activities 为公司会议、公司活动等提供行政支持

7.Provide monthly office expense report 制作办公支出月报表

8.Further tasks on request 其他要求完成的任务

Qualifications / Requirement:

1.College degree and above 大专或以上学历

2.Be familiar with MS Office (Power Point and Excel) 熟练使用MS Office软件 (Power Point and Excel)

3.Self-motivation, good interpersonal skills, good organizer 主动性强，有一定的沟通和组织能力
