岗位职责：

Responsibility

1. 负责移动端项目及产品(Android/iOS/H5)的测试工作，包括功能测试、接口测试，集成测试，性能测试，自动化测试等；
2. ble on mobile project and APP (Android/iOS/H5) testing, include functional testing, API testing, integration testing, performance testing and automation testing…;
3. 参与测试需求分析、掌握测试进度，并控制多个测试项目全流程；
4. ate on testing requirement analysis; control the testing process with multiple tasks
5. 对软件问题进行跟踪分析和报告，善于运用多种测试方法、利用辅助工具快速定位问题，提高效率；
6. trouble shooting with multiple method and efficiency.
7. 对问题进行跟踪分析和报告，推动测试中发现的问题及时合理地解决；

Promote and solve the problems in proper way.

1. 持续改进和优化测试流程；
2. on on improvement of testing process
3. 负责管理5-7人的测试团队
4. ble for the team management with 5-7 team members.

任职要求：

1. 大本及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2. degree or above, major in Computer related.
3. 5年以上测试相关工作经验，2年以上移动App(Android/iOS)测试经验，3年以上测试团队管理经验，有电商、互联网行业工作经验优先；
4. working experience on testing or above, at least 2 years working on Mobile APP (Android/iOS), 3 years working on team management, working experience in e-commerce or Internet industry is preferred.
5. 熟悉互联网行业测试环境及相关技术(HTTP/HTTPS协议、WSDL、RESTful API等) ；
6. with internet related testing (HTTP/HTTPS/WSDL/RESTful API…)
7. 熟悉移动端设备，熟悉Android/iOS研发和测试项目流
8. with the process of Mobile APP (Android/iOS) development and testing
9. 熟悉Linux常用命令；
10. with Linux command
11. 熟悉数据库，能编写复杂的SQL脚本;
12. with DB and SQL Script
13. 思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强，具有很强的问题细节捕捉、分析和解决能力；
14. on logic discussion
15. 有强烈的上进心和求知欲，善于学习新事物;良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力；

17. 具备高度责任感，能承受工作压力，能积极主动推进工作进程。
