Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Review Internal Request Form (IRF) to make sure all HCP related activities comply with applicable laws and company policies;

- Develop training materials and other communication contents for compliance

- Keep close communication with business team and provide constructive advice on compliance issues;

- Support internal and external trainings on compliance policies and procedures, make training assignment and keep tracking on online compliance training system,update training log.

- Support local compliance policies, procedures and work instruction update and translation work

- Support risk assessment, data analysis, approving system update and other compliance operation projects, such as monitoring and due diligence

- Support third party compliance program, including training and audit.

Education & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in both spoken and written English

- Good communication skill and pleasant personality

- High integrity

- Quick learner, Self-motivated and good teamwork

- Attention to detail and analytically minded

Experience:

- Legal or compliance background preferred; finance or audit background acceptable

- Have at least 2-5 years’experience; experiences in US MNC or healthcare industry is preferred
