职位描述
职责描述：
1、负责根据集团公司战略及发展目标，完善、优化、调整绩效和薪酬管理政策与流程；
2、负责行业薪酬调研、薪酬福利预算及实施、人力成本与结构分析及预算，并提出可行性建议；
3、负责指导集团及各项目部制定各岗位工作说明书、年度业绩指标及绩效考核标准；
4、负责组织、实施绩效考核管理，对各项考核结果进行总结和反馈，并制订相关改进方案；
5、负责监控集团及各项目部绩效考核方案的执行，确保绩效考核的实施效果；
6、协助搭建起草、修订和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程。
任职要求：
1、学历要求：相关专业统招本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上旅游地产/商业地产薪酬绩效管理工作经历；
3、工作原则性强，逻辑思维严谨，较强的数据分析和总结能力、数据敏感性和保密意识；

Our investment strategies are fully integrated with the development policies of local governments, with a focus on mixed-use urban lifestyle, and Resort/Hospitality projects. We strive to pursue projects that are not only economically viable, but also enhance the image of the local community and enrich the lifestyles of local residents
