Responsibilities:

· Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services. Develop new business plans and implement.

· Strategic thinking - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.

· Coordinate new product development. This includes but is not limited to market strategy, new product definition, business case development, profitability analysis, and market pricing.

· To conduct business analysis and market research, and gather input from all relevant functional teams.

· Liaise with local and/or central teams to collate and analyze data.

· Support competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bache degree, working experience in FMCG is a must.
• Business travel required.

· Rich experience working on online and offline marketing events and campaigns. Able to independently plan, promote, and execute marketing plans and strategies.

· Passionate, goal-oriented, ambitious, attentive to details, full of team spirit, and able to work well under pressure. Candidates who have industry connections and experience working with foreigners will be prioritized.

• Strongly quantitative, highly analytical, a great modeler and top notch presentations.

SATS sees tremendous growth opportunities outside of Singapore and the non-aviation fast/casual food service segment has been identified as a fast growing industry in China. Apart from providing services to various Chinese and foreign airlines at the airports in China, SATS has established various joint-ventures, acquired companies and also build our own central kitchens in different parts of China. At the end of 2018, SATS has also established its Greater China Regional Headquarters in Shanghai to better manage the different entities and also chart the strategies for more aggressive growth moving forward.
