职位描述
主要职责:
1.全面负责全国各个商场的防损工作，制定和执行各项防损措施。
2.运用MHS系统，综合分析存货数据，及时监控存货中存在的问题，掌握存货总量与变动情况。
3.对货品损失情况进行调查，增强各部门风险防范意识。
4.开展防损培训。
要求:
5年以上零售业防损管理经验。
熟悉MHS系统。
英语口语熟练。
Main Responsibilities:
-Develop/update a guidance document for inventory loss control in China for the implementation and reference of stores
-Drive and support the development of loss prevention action plans by store operation managers
-Conduct annual stock loss review together with admin manager, and develop improvement plan with store operation manager
-Monitor and review goods movement processes and inventory results in MHS system and report to operation and risk manager findings on a weekly basis
-Facilitate the set-up of right mindset on inventory loss prevention within the organization through proactive partnering with other functions
-Develop training package and deliver training to store managers and coworkers concerning inventory loss prevention
-Investigate inventory loss cases under the guidance of country risk manager, and report to store manager, operation manager, and country risk manager
-Guide the store safety and security team in the setup of security guard services to support inventory loss prevention actions
-Work with HR manager to develop and facilitate recognition program of inventory loss prevention
Requirements:
-Strong knowledge of THE COMPANY retail goods movement processes
-Deep experience in THE COMPANY sales machine and potential gaps
-Fluent in MHS systems and stock loss review processes
-Above 5 years working experience in retail area
-Safety and security working experience is a plus
-Business integrity is a must
-Strong analytical skills
-Highly effective and creative written and verbal communication skills.
-Energetic, self-motivated
