工作内容：

1.熟悉现场检查消防设施的安全施工，与消防单位定期沟通；

2.制定相关的风险控制手册或条例；

3.提供技术和成本的有效建议，还有消防的设施的选择和确保质量和标准的准确性。

具备能力

1.清楚了解美国和其他国际公认的消防安全规范/指南；

2.新风险的提前预知、评估和处理能力；

3.熟悉美国消防协会等国际公认规范和我国各地消防代码的；

4.良好的数据分析能力；

5.熟悉办公计算机软件；

6.熟练的英语沟通能力；

7.能适应经常出差.

Knowledge

· Fire protection engineering university education;

· Clear understanding NFPA and other Internationally recognized codes/guidelines;

· Expert of Chinese national (GB) and provincial codes;

· Expert of the related manuals and tools for COMPANY Risk Management;

· Competence in facilitation techniques.

Previous experience and skills

· Experience in implementing NFPA and other Internationally recognized codes/guidelines;

· Experience in implementing Chinese national (GB) and provincial codes;

· Experience in working within project organization;

· Ability to develop people and act as a role model and coach experience;

· Ability to engage and convince stakeholders to take ownership;

· Ability to prioritize and organize own work in order to make the most efficient use of time available;

· Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently;

· Good analytical and numerical ability;

· Ability to understand technical documents;

· Working knowledge of MS Office computer programs (PowerPoint, Word and Excel);

· Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential matters;

· Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

Assignment

Compliance

· Ensure compliance with, but not limited to, the following manuals:

o COMPANY Risk Manual and referenced NFPA codes;

o COMPANY Engineering & Construction Manual

o Chinese various national and provincial life safety and fire protection codes.

· Detect non-compliance deviations from the above mentioned manuals and common practice during design, construction and future operation stage and highlight them internally;

· Ensure life safety and fire protection for COMPANY units in regards of lifecycle perspective

Support project teams for successful approval and construction:

· Provide professional comments and suggestions to design team to remain current with principles, methods, and practices of modern life safety and fire protection, plan review and new construction technology, etc;

· Attend, if necessary, life safety and fire protection design coordination meetings with architects, LDIs, fire consultants and fire bureau;

· Review life safety and fire protection design report and provide comments for corrective actions;

· Provide technical and cost effective advice on fire equipment selection and ensure that quality and standards are not compromised;

· Conduct site inspection for fire facilities installation during construction stage.

Keep management informed of situations and problems related to fire prevention and protection.
