ASSIGNMENT:
?Support projects from communication and change perspective, including analysis and creating new ways to meet business and receiver needs.
?Support and coach managers, leaders, and co-workers in their communication with focus on change and building and maintaining relations.
?Support and contribute to an open and sharing communication climate with a living the company culture and values
?Create communication: package messages and create simple and inspiring communication
?Actively contribute to and take part in the IBS Communication & Change Matrix.
?Participate in appropriate communication and change networks.
Essential experience and skills
?Thorough experience from working with internal communication and change management and/or University degree (Marketing, Communication, Business administration, Journalism)
?Preferably some years the company working experience
?Strong interest in business and home furnishing
?Good at combining strategic and operative communication tasks
?Good understanding of audience/target group needs and issues
?Compelling communicator both verbally and in writing
?Strong facilitating skills
?Deep knowledge of what communication channels to use for the best effect
?Strong drive and problem solving approach
?Organizational, analytical skills
?Strong networking and relationship building skills
?Fluent in English
