职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1. To review and evaluate effectiveness of procurement process, suggesting tools and changes for more efficient and effective solutions
2. To design audit procedures responsive to key risks areas for test of controls in order to identify operating deficiency
3. The procurement process for supply chain covers APP China HQ and factories on commodity procurement, logistics, 3rd party outsourcing, raw material and quality assurance
4. Conduct audit meetings with auditees to discuss and identify solutions for procurement issues
5. Prepare annual audit plan and budget according to business performance target and risk focus
6. Lead the team to complete the audit projects, prepare audit reports and report to shareholder
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field is preferred
2. 8 years responsible experience in procurement, preferably in large MNC and/or manufacturing company
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Competent computer skills, to include Microsoft Words, Excel and PPT
5. Excellent analytical and organization skills
6. Familiar with SAP is a plus
