职位描述

Scope of Role:
·Understand customers’ business needs or requirements and identify sales opportunities using consultative selling.
·Match customer’s needs with product capabilities through presentation of tailored proposals and / or standard solutions.
·Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to maximize revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
New Sales & Revenue Generation
·To originate, drive and close product deals by using consultative selling and solution based approach. Key objective is to drive the growth in Transaction Banking product revenue.
·Promote SCB Network business within China and across Asia, Africa and Middle East.
Revenue & Wallet Protection and Penetration
·To manage, defend and retain existing Transaction Banking customers and business portfolio.
·To deepen the customer wallet share and continue to drive customers to use SCB as their core bank for Transaction Banking products.
Electronic Channel Sales & Penetration
·To promote our electronic channel capabilities by actively engaging customers to sign on and use our electronic channels.
·To work closely with the Solution Delivery implementation team in growing customer utilization of our electronic channels.
Product / Channel Rollout Support
·To support new or enhanced products and channel rollout by close collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as active promotion of our capabilities to external customers.
·To channel all feedback on our product / channel from stakeholders and customers to our Product & Solution Delivery teams.
Cross Selling & Promotion of other Transaction Banking Services
·To maximize business and revenue opportunities by cross selling and promoting other Transaction Banking products/services including Global Markets products and Securities Services to customers with identifiable needs.

Selection Criteria:
·University degree major in Business / Finance / Accounting.
·In-depth knowledge and working experience in cash management and/or trade.
·Experience in direct negotiations with corporate customers in a professional and confident manner.
·Ability to represent the Bank in managing some of the Bank's most demanding customers.
·Enthusiastic and energetic ,
·Demonstrated competency in managing the changing needs of a diverse and demanding customer base in an increasing competitive business environment.
·Good analytical skills and ability to interpret customer needs.
·Strong project management and organizational skills with deal team mindset.
·Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
·Team player with the ability to interact with others at all levels across geographic locations and functions.
·Ability to prioritize a diverse workload.
·Ability to solve problems and identify solutions for multiple internal/external customers.
·Self Motivated
