Key responsibilities：

• Make the payments on time and accurately according to the approved payment requests; No delayed payments for employee payroll and reimbursement; No delayed, wrong and repeated payments due to the Cashier made mistakes.
• Manage and control on the bank drafts and cheques; Make sure the notes receiving, transferring, cash is well controlled and documented; Make sure no drafts and cheques lost and bank drafts can be cashed on time.
• Prepare accurate cash & bank part in all kinds of reports before the deadline; Provide accurate cash & bank reports required on time; Support Accounting Manager to prepare cash forecast before deadline etc.
• Monthly Close - Prepare accurate cash & bank related reports in Star on time; Notify the related functions with the exchange rate on time.
• Filing the vouchers and other accounting documents after monthly closing; Keep filing room in orderly, safe and proper condition.
• Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation and document them on time.
• Finish all TSS AP jobs right and on time. Make sure cost-plus AP and non cost-plus AP will be booked right in Imask. Finish AP closing on time, such as intercompany reconciliation, and support TSS GL Accountant with AP related closing jobs.

Requirements:

• College degree or above.
• Above 3 years working experience as the cashier is minimal requirement.
• Good in English writing, reading, speaking and listening skills;
• Skillful at MS software, especially Excel, and knowledge in Oracle is a plus;
• Patient, careful and detailed;
• Strong Sense of responsibility and dedication;
• Teamwork spirit;
• Good time management skill.
